Position vehicle to be
secured. Always chock wheels and use wheel tie-downs.
Attach one hook end to handlebar or frame member, where it
will not slip.
Attach opposing hook end to trailer, truck or van attachment
hardware hardware, i.e. eyebolt, "D" Ring, in manner
that will not slip.
NOTE:
Hardware must have equal or greater strength than strap.
Pull excess webbing
through mandrel. Pump ratchet to desired tension, (minimum two
full turns of webbing). Close handle flat against ratchet to
engage safety lock.
To achieve maximum rated capacity, all hooks and buckle must
be in line with direction of pull.
Protect webbing from sharp edges, hot surfaces and acids. DO
NOT use if webbing is cut, frayed or damaged.
Tie-Downs are not to be used for lifting, towing or personal
restrains.
