2" COMBO TIE-BACK AXLE STRAPS ... are available and can be ordered in one of the following five (5) optional Webbing Colors ... Gold ... Blue ... Red ... Black ...Purple.  Be sure to specify your desired color when placing an order. All orders will be shipped with "Gold Webbing" unless you specify color.

Protective Sleeve is included on all assemblies to add service life to your strap.

Combo Tie-Back Straps are fabricated with the Heavy-Duty "TWIST SNAP HOOK" End Fittings and High Tension Rated Webbing as in all high quality M&R Auto Tie-Downs.

The new "TWIST SNAP HOOK,"  with spring loaded keeper, maintains the webbing in a straight-flat position ensuring equal load distribution over the full width of the strap for a more secure tie-down and added service life.

NEW ADJUSTABLE LENGTH FEATURE ... now a standard feature for all M&R Combo Tie-Back Straps ... provides for quick and easy installation on two or more cars of different wheel base lengths. EACH COMBO TIE-BACK HAS AN ADJUSTABLE LENGTH OF 24" TO 40".      COMBO TIE-BACK STRAPS are the ideal units for securing cars within tight quarters of enclosed trailers and for cars with low front air spoiler sections.

When used with Ratchet Strap Assemblies, the resulting Auto Tie-Down System becomes the highest quality, most durable and dependable Tie-Down System available for the cost.

CAUTION: If axle Straps are being used in conjunction with Ratchet Wheel Straps, the Axle Straps and Ratchet Strap Assemblies should have compatible ratings. (Refer to Operating and Technical Information Section).

RECOMMENDED SYSTEM: ... Two (2) Combo Tie-Back Assemblies on either front or rear end of car and two (2) Ratchet Strap Assemblies on the opposite end of car.
   

OPERATION OF SYSTEM: ... (1) Secure "Built-In" Axle Strap End of Combo Tie-Back around axle of either front or rear end of car ... Attach other end of Combo Tie-Back to Trailer Floor Hardware ... (2) Install Ratchet Straps of compatible assembly rating to opposing end of car ... (3) With Brakes off and car in neutral, apply desired-equal tension to each assembly by using the the mechanical tensioning feature of Ratchet Assemblies. (Refer to Operating and Technical Information).
